Our Academy was born from a dream that Sara and Toni had for a long time. Their goal and desire is not only to share recipes, but also to divulge all the information, experience, research and hard work that Toni have used year after year, with patience and a lot of passion to get the best gastronomic experience possible.
Our workshops are designed to train both amateurs and professionals with monographic, intensive and masterclasses couses in cooking and pastry. In each course the places are limited to offer a personalized attention to all the participants.
