Vegan pastry essentials course (masterclass) 3-4 October

In this course you will learn how to make some of the most emblematic desserts of classic pastry in a vegan version. Finally, your desserts will not taste only eggs and butter, but fruit, vanilla, chocolate, nuts, etc. You will learn how to make cakes, creams, glazes, cookies, plum cake and much more. And you will thus have the bases and the skills to create surprising vegan desserts in a simple way and with ingredients that you can easily find.

This masterclass is aimed at professionals and pastry students or amateurs who have concern and passion for this trade.
