You will learn how to make cakes, creams, glazes, cookies, plum cake and much more. And you will thus have the bases and the skills to create surprising vegan desserts in a simple way and with ingredients that you can easily find.

To participate in this course it does not matter if you have notions of pastry or not. Whether you like to prepare desserts at home, or if you want to offer quality vegan options in your store, café or restaurant, this is your course! You just need a lot of desire to learn and enjoy.
