Our Academy was born to offer the opportunity to learn cooking and pastry techniques without using animal products, completely vegan.

After having been giving courses for many schools in different countries, Toni decides to have his own space to be able to teach all his knowledge learned during all these years and to be able to continue investigating and developing innovative recipes for the world of gastronomy.

The reason why we only cook with vegetable ingredients, is because we want to show the world that you can enjoy gastronomy without exploiting animals, that is the reason why we also work with as much ecological products as possible.

Our courses are designed to train both amateurs and professionals with monographics, intensives and masterclasses in cooking and pastry. In each course the places are limited to offer a personalized attention to all the participants.
